1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to provide Togthr's couple-wellness services: account email, encrypted password, profile details (nickname, avatar, anniversary date), and the content you create in the app (check-in answers, journal entries, time capsules, photos). We never sell your data to third parties.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to: (a) sync content between you and your partner, (b) deliver push notifications and daily reminders you have opted into, (c) generate aggregated, anonymized insights, and (d) provide customer support when you contact us. We do not use your private content for advertising or AI training.

3. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3) on Supabase and Cloudflare infrastructure. Time capsules remain end-to-end encrypted and cannot be read by Togthr staff. We perform quarterly security audits and notify affected users of any breach within 72 hours.

4. Your Rights

You can export, edit, or delete your data at any time from Settings > Privacy. Account deletion permanently removes all personal data within 30 days. You may also request a full data export by emailing support@togthr.life. EU and UK users have additional rights under GDPR, including data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
