Getting Started

Create your free account, invite your partner by email, and complete your first daily check-in together. The whole process takes less than three minutes. We2 Plus is optional — every core feature works on the free plan, including the shared journal, time capsules, and virtual pet.

Subscription & Billing

Manage your Plus subscription from Settings > Billing. You can switch between monthly, quarterly, and yearly plans at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund requests submitted within 14 days of your first Plus purchase are processed within 5 business days.

Privacy & Security

Your private content (time capsules, journal entries, photos) is end-to-end encrypted. Togthr staff cannot read it. Enable two-factor authentication from Settings > Security for an extra layer of protection. To delete your account permanently, go to Settings > Privacy > Delete Account.

Report a Bug

Found something broken? Email support@togthr.life with your device model, OS version, a short description of what happened, and a screenshot if possible. We triage bug reports every business day and aim to fix critical issues within 48 hours.

International Support

Togthr is available in 8 languages: English, 简体中文, 繁體中文, 日本語, 한국어, Español, Français, and Deutsch. Support email replies are in English by default — let us know if you'd prefer another language and we will do our best.
