1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (18 in some jurisdictions) to create a Togthr account. By signing up you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

2. Account & Pairing

Togthr works as a couple: you create a private pair by inviting your partner via email. Each pair shares a private space. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Sharing your account with non-parties is not permitted.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

We2 Plus subscriptions are billed via PayPal, Alipay, or Stripe. Prices are shown in your local currency. You can cancel at any time; access remains active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds follow the policy in section 4.

4. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied within 14 days of your first Plus purchase, contact support@togthr.life for a full refund. Refunds are not available for renewals or for accounts that have violated these terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: upload illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit content; harass or threaten other users; attempt to reverse-engineer the app; use Togthr for commercial spam; or impersonate any person or entity. Violations may result in account suspension.

6. Limitation of Liability

Togthr is provided 'as is' without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
